The Past Few Weeks in 100 Pictures Or Less

For our anniversary Clint took me to Salt Lake for some romantic go kart speed racing. :) It was so much fun and I was so sore afterward. Then we got massages and enjoyed an awesome gourmet meal at the Metropolitan Restaurant. They sat us in a little corner booth where we could sit next to each other and they brought this plate out for us when we were finished with our meal. I had to snap a picture with my cell phone, even though it was such a nice place I felt ridiculous doing it. Finally we went to the movies and saw Thor. It was an awesome day!
Bountiful Baskets! I love them. I've been getting the organic basket every Saturday lately and we're loving it. Their 9 grain bread is delicious too!
We tried swiss chard for the first time ever. I used the stalks in a creamy pasta and cooked the leaves in butter. It was really good! I wanted more so I looked for it at Macey's the next time I went shopping and couldn't find it. :( Bummer. The kids even ate this stuff!
I found Bryce changing this doll's cloth diaper with a cloth wipe that he stole from Madi's wipe stash. I love it!
 Madi's latest hobby....
Bryce's goose egg after tripping on the front porch and smacking his forehead into the cement step.
The quilt I finally finished and had quilted for our anniversary.

 Classic Rigby.

The onesies and binkie holders I've been making lately. The binkie holder snaps directly to the onesie. I'm selling them on Etsy if anyone is interested.

Bryce after he painted his face with mascara and eye shadow.
Me: "Bryce, you can't get into my makeup!"
Bryce with a quivering lip and alligator tears: "But I like you Mommy. I really like you though."

Baylee, Rigby and I had the opportunity to go with a local homeschooling group on a fieldtrip to ride the Heber Creeper yesterday. It was a 3 hour train ride during which we got "robbed" by Blackjack and his gang and got to stop at a park and get out and play for a few minutes. On the ride back to Heber City Baylee and Rigby both fell asleep.

 Playing in the back yard.
The chickens really enjoy being let out to roam in the back yard and pick the grass but I have to stay out there and protect my garden while they're out. I loved this picture! haha.

 My garden.

Our pluot tree... that's our best guess as to what this fruit is. We didn't plant the tree, it was here when we moved in. The fruit is delicious!

Last week we were at my parents house and my dad went to his ward scouts activity. They were having a car show and dinner and he was surprised to find out that the local helicopter pilot school was there offering helicopter rides so he had me bring Baylee and Rigby over for a ride. Amazing! They LOVED it.
